If you want an American-style burger without the eye watering price tag of some places in Tokyo, I recommend This is the Burger in Kokubunji. Their prices are super reasonable (¥ 830 including tax for a regular cheeseburger), and they do have a range of more adventurous burger options including an Asian coriander burger with sweet chili sauce, and a gorgonzola BBQ burger -- those are just a couple, but there are plenty of other choices. Another cool thing about visiting here is that you can customize the size of your meat patty -- perfect if you're extra hungry.
