Hachinobu Hotel

Reasonably priced Japanese style accommodation

My husband and I decided last minute to stay in Izunokuni a few years ago. He rang around several hotels and they were all full OR would not take customers arriving after 9 pm. Thankfully Hachinobu had a place for us and were alright with us arriving "late" at night. Our room was a beautiful Japanese style tatami room. The hotel is actually only a 3 star hotel and it looks it from the outside, but (maybe we were just lucky) our room was as good as any 4 star we've stayed in. The futons were made up for us. There is a hot spring in the hotel. I saw a pool too, but I don't know if its in use. I thought it was very good value for money. There is some parking for customers coming by car. The hotel is located close to the base station of the Izunokuni Panorama Park rope-way.
