Kona Snow Coffee Roasters are located in Niigata City - they are a bit out of the way from Niigata Station (closest station is Kameda) but they are worth a visit if you are in the area. They specialize in cold brew, but as well as their coffee they have some super tasty eats on offer as well. Macarons, chiffon cake, scones, fruit pies and honey toast are regulars on their sweets menu. There is enough seating for about 20 people throughout the cafe and the interior is very trendy and inviting. You're able to buy bags of their coffee to go if you'd like to enjoy their brews at home. They have blends with beans from Nicaragua, Panama, Rwanda, Brazil and Hawaii on offer. Kona Snow Coffee Roasters are open from 10am until 6pm daily, but are closed every Wednesday - so do bear that in mind if you're making a special trip.
