Kitamoto General Park

Local type park with nice water features

Kitamoto General park is a local park with some nice features. It is not particularly big. It is not as nice as the children's park and nature reserve also in Kitamoto, but it is useful for a couple of hours out with kids. The fishing is very popular with adults. There is a fairly nice playground for kids. Again not particularly big. The lake in the park is very nice and there is a picturesque red bridge over one part of it. There is water play in the summer in a wading river, which is also done very nicely. The park has sporting facilities and grounds for locals. Facilities include toilets, drinking fountains, free parking, vending machines and rest areas.
