Huge sandwiches with interesting and unique flavor combinations

If you appreciate a good, hearty sandwich, but you're after some more unique filling combinations, then Potasta in Tokyo is a good spot to head to! I've been there on a couple of occasions and always found their menu to be very diverse - fillings include everything from tuna and olive to scrambled eggs with vegetables, and even more uniquely Japanese options like a pumpkin, shiratama dango and azuki bean sandwich, or purple sweet potatoes with banana! I find that the portion sizes are very generous, and most sandwiches are priced around the 500 to 600 yen mark which I think is a good deal - especially for Tokyo. The only downside is that the sandwiches are so packed full with fillings that they can be a challenge to eat! Other than that though, if you appreciate a good sandwich with hearty and unique fillings, you can't look past this place.
