Ramen shop with a modern feel
Yokohama Iekei Ramen Akiba-ya is a ramen shop in the Niitsu area of Niigata, and it has a really nice, modern feel -- no dingy vibes here, it's all fresh and trendy. The ramen is quite customizable, too, with the ability to choose how firm you want your noodles and the types of broths. Plenty of additional toppings/seasonings on the tables as well. Walkable in three minutes from Niitsu Station, but there's parking beside the building for those who opt to drive.
