El Caliente is located at the atré Shinagawa complex, and it's a good spot to satisfy your Mexican food cravings in Tokyo. Like a lot of places in Japan, their lunch set offerings are cheaper than what you'd pay at dinner time, and there are plenty of options to choose from -- mixed tacos, burritos, tostadas, even taco rice (which many would say isn't technically Mexican, but hey!).
