Bistro Base

Super yummy

Bistro Base is located in the Tainai area of Niigata, about midway between Niigata City and Murakami. It's a fab spot to grab a bite to eat, and the hamburger steak in particular was so good. They also have pastas, omurice, pizzas, steaks, and more. Prices are reasonable IMO, with my hamburger steak lunch coming in at 1200 yen which also included rice or bread, salad, and soup.
