    For Princes and Princesses

Despite the unfortunate names of Papa Prince and Papa Princess being the two sides of the mall, this is a relaxing local mall that provides you with everything you need. Electronics, casual clothes (GU), suits, a fairly big Daiso, Saizeriya, a flower shop, a supermarket, and even a little Donki Houte for everything else. Would you spend a whole day here? Definitely not, and probably not even half a day, so there is no reason for anyone to take the train here even if it is 5 mins away from Kita Ageo station, but for everyone living in the area, there's nothing to complain about it. My favourite part of this mall, in all honesty, is the little UFO arcade + medal game shop connected to it simply because I am addicted to medal games, and they have a very reasonable price and a really clean environment.

Old style shopping centre with some good stores, close to station

Old school type mall and it looks and feels outdated. Some of the facilities have been renovated recently though. The mall is split in to two main buildings. There is one flyover (without cover) that connects the two buildings. They have a few decent shops in the mall that make it worth visiting. The Daiso 100 yen shop there is large with a good selection of household goods, novelty items, seasonal items and even food. There is a Saizeriya on the bottom floor with one coin lunches. They have a Don Quijote, a GU and some other popular stores. Parking is really badly set up, but the first 3 hours are free. On a weekday the maximum you will spend on parking is 400 yen and on the weekend 1000 yen. It is close to a station; Kita-Ageo station. Papa Mall in Ageo is open 10 am to 8 pm seven days a week.
