Ramen with a tomatoey spin

If you love ramen but would appreciate a bit of a different take on it, I highly recommend Tomaler in Niigata. The focus here is on tomato ramen, and the big seller here is the tomato cheese ramen. It's almost more reminiscent of pasta than it is ramen, so I guess you could call it a fusion dish, but it's super delish. If you do visit, they're closed on Tuesdays and they take a break between their lunch and dinner sittings, so just keep that in mind to avoid any disappointment!
