Bites of Japan #17 - Speciality Ramen with vegan options

I felt this place was a bit overpriced. Probably because it a "Sapporo Specialty Ramen" catering to a very niche group of people who wish to enjoy Japanese delicacies vegan and gluten free. I've had better bowls of vegan Ramen at a much lower price point. The taste of the Ramen was mediocre. The broth wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I ordered the vegan set while my friend ordered the gluten free one. We also ordered a plate of vegetable gyoza which again didn't impress. Again, I highly appreciate the existence of such establishments which cater to specific dietary needs. So for a cold day it was nice to have a warm bowl of Ramen without worrying a lot about the allergens in the dishes.
