Kiyasse Hanyu is across the road from the Saitama (freshwater) Aquarium and the large Hanyu Riverside Park. It offers a hotchpotch of services and facilities. It is perhaps best known for hosting events. Particularly outdoor events. It also has flower displays through the seasons. Plus, there is a small brewery, a farmer's market and a food factory. There is some play equipment for kids. As well as the essentials: toilets and vending machines!
