Coffee, WIFI, and power points

I was early for an appointment in Abiko City, Chiba Prefecture. Searching Google Maps showed that yes, there are cozy cafes, but nearly all of them open after 10 a.m. Doutor was the only place open. The shop hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 or 9 p.m. It was crowded on a Saturday morning as everybody else getting ready for a morning appointment in Abiko had the same idea. Okay, for the good points. It's right outside the station's south exit, you get WIFI access, and the counter seating has power points to plug in your gear. And the coffee is always consistent, and it's clean and airy. BTW, there is a glassed-in smoking booth, but I never caught a whiff thanks to the air system.
