Jinbei Taro is a chain with just a few locations scattered around the Kanto region. This location is immediately outside the south exit of Kawama Station on the Tobu Noda Line, also known as the Tobu Urban Park Line. We didn't have a reservation for our party of three. We were seated at a table within minutes on a Sunday evening. The food menu is focused on sushi and seasonal seafood. We tucked into freshly made gunkan and makizushi. They also do excellent chicken karaage. The izakaya has a small selection of sake, some sourced from the region and others from Tohoku. The service is prompt, and the servers are friendly and helpful. They were patient with our non-Japanese-speaking guest and our mobility-impaired ossan.
