Nice vibes and plenty of greenery

Cafe38 is located in Niigata City, and it's a fairly new addition to the coffee scene here, only having opened in July. The vibe of the cafe is really nice -- from the outside it just looks like a bit of a nondescript grey building, but inside there's loads of greenery, shelves with books, and the like. Along with coffee, they do have sweets and some heartier main dishes (sandwiches, toast) if you want a bite to eat. If you're coming by car, please note they only have a few parking spaces in front of the store as opposed to a big parking lot. Also, they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so keep that in mind before planning a visit!
