Gelato flavors with some Niigata flair

Bandai Gelato Lab recently opened at the Bandai Bus Center building in Niigata City, and it's a fun place to get a cold treat with some local flair to it. They have some classic flavors you can find at most gelato places (e.g. pistachio and chocolate), but there are other options like Echigohime strawberry (a locally grown variant) and Sado honey! They only offer cups, but I actually prefer that over cones since I think they're less messy.
