    Prompt and friendly hanko shop

This small printing and hanko shop is conveniently located about a seven-minute walk from Kasukabe Station's west exit. The staff member didn't bat an eye at a non-Japanese customer entering the store. She gave me a brief explanation about hanko stamp usage, terminology, and cautions for use. She offered a variety of styles for my hybrid hanko (a mix of English cursive and katakana) for use at work and recommended a suitable and economical version of hanko. The shop can provide a hanko in a pinch by the next day. For non-Japanese who would like a katakana or kanji interpretation of their name, this shop is a good choice.
