Quick and easy food court lunch

This particular Pepper Lunch is situated within the Mirai Nagasaki Coco Walk mall - you won't be able to miss it (it's the mall with the large ferris wheel on top). My husband and I enjoy Pepper Lunch but don't have one near to us here in Niigata right now, so we enjoyed our meal here. It's quick and easy - and tasty. Since this spot is in a food court, it can be a little tricky to find a seat depending on the time of day. We got a table just fine, but seemed to just beat the lunch rush on a Saturday. It filled up pretty significantly soon after, so do keep that in mind. There are a host of other eats available in the food court here too if Pepper Lunch isn't what you're feeling.
