Last summer walking around the back streets near Asaka Station, a colorful restaurant grabbed my attention. It was in the most unlikely of locations at the side of an apartment block. The Romanian flag reeled me in and before I knew it I was sampling one of their delicious 1000 yen lunches, which Google had revealed on a quick search before entering, are highly rated. In fact, it is one of the highest rated restaurants in Asaka, with an average of 4.5 stars from 88 reviews.
