Probably better at night

While I was stuck in traffic with a rumbling tummy, I noticed that there was a mamichari (bicycle with a seat for kids) outside this restaurant, which is usually a good sign. Which then made me notice the sign that they give a 3% discount to people with a Mama & Papa's card (a card you get in Saitama when you have kids) another bonus. And then I noticed it had parking! And parking is rare in these parts. So I pulled in, even though it is primarily a soba restaurant and I don't eat soba! Thankfully they had other things on the menu. I wasn't disappointed, but I imagine it has a better atmosphere at night. Its no smoking for the lunch time trade, but you can smell that it allows smoking at night!
