Delicious and wholesome dairy from the island

Hachijojima is home to a herd of hardy and productive Jersey cattle. The cows are probably the happiest in Japan, grazing on the mountainside Fureai Farm and at the beach. Jersey Cafe has a small menu of fresh milk, drinkable yoghurt, pudding, cakes, and parfait. I had passion fruit pudding, and the balance of sweet, tart and creamy pudding was just right. The seating area is small but comfortable.
