Mimiu (美々卯) Soba and Udon Restaurant
The Mimiu Soba and Udon Restaurant has a very nice selection of Soba and Udonset including many small dishes. You can also find a great shabu shabu course on the menu, which is recommended if you are in a group. The restaurant also offers seasonal special menus, like around new year part of the sets was always a small selection of japanese oseji (new years food). If you never tried oseji before, this might be a good chance to try out a little bit. The prices are from 1000 Yen up to 5000 Yen depending on your choice. The quality and potions are very good. They have a Japanese and an English menu and can understand partly English.
