Uruido Cosmos field is located opposite the parking lot for the city gym 'palthy'. As such, you can use the parking lot for the gym when visiting the cosmos. The field is more than a hectare in size. However, they close it off with rope before the festival, to grow the cosmos to be in their peak. You can enter the field when the festival is on.
