Santa Fe is a restaurant located inside Toyama's Canal Hall Community Center, and they have a wide variety of meal options to choose from. They are all quite hearty, too, including things like cheese-topped hamburger steaks, chicken katsu, or hayashi rice. A lot of options also come in under the 1000 yen mark (and portions are large), so it's good value for money.
