Disappointing branch of popular family restaurant

There are relatively few Denny's in Saitama Prefecture compared to other prefectures I've lived in before. We hadn't been to Denny's in years due to this, so we took a detour on a recent trip especially to visit the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was quite a disappointment. The food was good - its a standard nationwide menu so its hard to go wrong with the food. But everything else was below par. My biggest complaint is the glasses, for the "drink bar" were all dirty. We had to move around the trays to find one tray with relatively clean glasses!
