Jofukuji

Small temple with personality

Jofukuji isn't a particularly large temple, but what it lacks in size it absolutely makes up for in charm. They have some nicely decorated hanachozu throughout the year here, and I also really like their goshuin which are nicely illustrated. Another thing I appreciate is that the statues on the grounds are really cared for -- as the weather starts getting cooler they put hats on them, and I just think it's such a sweet, personable touch.
