Kawaguchi City Green Center

I was expecting more

I had heard great things about Kawaguchi City Green Center, but I was sorely disappointed. For one, its much much smaller than I expected and thus the flower displays are also really small. Reviews online say things like "it was bigger than expected". I guess those people have never been to a large park. To me, Kawaguchi Green Center is barely a medium size park. Second, much of it is closed off and they've torn down some of their key attractions, such as the outdoor pool. Third, I felt like its a rip off for what you get. However, it has a really great playground which is included in the entry price. There is another athletic playground, again really small, that they charge extra for. And you have to pay for the mini train too.
