Tasty Vietnamese cuisine in Beppu

I love Vietnamese cuisine but it’s hard to find in my local area - so I was thrilled to find this gem in Beppu when I was there recently. They’ve got a range of pho lunch specials, including a beef and peanut pho that I loved - it was a bit of a pho-satay blend which was delicious. Their rice paper rolls are a great appetizer and were light and fresh, with a tasty dipping sauce. My husband loved the spare ribs and they were seasoned to perfection. The storefront is cute and trendy, with bright yellow walls and lanterns hanging from the roof. We’d definitely be regulars here if we lived locally! English friendly menus and card payments are accepted.
