In the mini-shotengai on the west side of Edogawadai Station on the Tobu Noda Line is Gohan Cafe Moi. The proprietor prepares bento box lunches, set lunches, and confections using locally-grown organic produce. She also does caramel popcorn. Near the counter is a display of handicrafts and seasonal produce from organic farms. Depending on the season and the grower, there might be some heritage vegetables available, too. This is a nice spot for coffee, studying, or working as it's brightly lit with spacious tables. She provides a free wifi connection, too! It's open from 11 am to 6 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
