Ino is a restaurant in the Shibata area of Niigata, and they specialize in Western food. They've got menu options like pasta dishes, Milan-style pork cutlets, and the thickest, juiciest cheese-topped hamburger steak out there. The hamburger steak set comes with corn soup, your choice of bread or rice, and coffee or tea for 1400 yen, which I think is pretty good value for money especially given the portion sizes. They do take a break between their lunch and dinner sittings, so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting.
