Cute little coffee shop on the way to Izumo Taisha

Taisha Coffee is the perfect spot to pop into to start your day if you're planning to sightsee and explore Izumo - and specifically, Izumo Taisha. The store is a small one - there's more seating upstairs on the second level - but it's easy enough to also grab a drink to go from their takeout window. As well as offering your standard range of coffees, they've also got zenzai (red bean and mochi dessert/beverage) cakes, ice cream and even hot dog sets on the menu. The service was friendly and my iced latte was really good - they grind the beans for their coffee fresh on site so you also know you're getting good quality. Overall a fun cafe with a good vibe and good quality coffee on offer. I paid in cash, and didn't see card facilities available.
