Transport hub in Tohoku
Sendai Station is a key station in Tohoku, the Northern region of mainland Japan. I like that it is relatively easy to navigate even without experience of the station. There is plenty in the station too, making it convenient as a transfer spot or as a final destination. Despite being constantly busy I find it to be very clean and well maintained.

Large station served by many lines
Sendai Station is a large transport hub in Miyagi Prefecture, and it's served by numerous train lines -- perhaps most notably the Tohoku and Akita Shinkansen lines. The station itself is clean and I found it easy to navigate, plus there are tons of retail and dining options as you'd expect from a station this size.
