If you're after an elegant cafe to enjoy with friends or a loved one, Sakuraya Lobby Cafe in Yahiko is a fabulous spot to try. They have a set menu which is beautifully presented bento box style, and it comes with a tea of your choosing for 1700 yen. For the presentation and quality I think that's a great deal! They're closed on Fridays and on holidays, so do keep that in mind if you're planning to visit.
