Simple Japanese eats
Furusato in Joetsu is a restaurant that serves up a variety of Japanese eats, including things like ramen, karaage, katsudon, and more. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so you do need a car to get there. Also, keep in mind that they're a cash only venue if you plan on visiting.
