Konosu is home to the largest poppy field in Japan. This is not it, but you will find it reviewed below too. This field is about an hour walk away from the largest one, but this one is also famous in its own right for the beauty of the field. Moreover, they grow nadeshiko flowers here too at the same time as the poppies, creating fields of purple and red. Absolutely well worth visiting.
