A stop on the seven lucky Gods pilgrimage

Many cities and towns around Japan have a seven lucky Gods pilgrimage, but the one in Kawagoe is one of the most famous within Saitama. You visit seven temples on the pilgrimage, of which (if you do it in order) Kenryuji is number 6. It is my favorite because this is where you will find Hoteison! The temple also has a "suikinkutsu".
