Open Gate Bakery

New bakery in Hamura

Open Gate is a new bakery that has opened in Hamura, not far from the air base. They have a wide variety of bread products on offer, from your standard loaves and bread rolls right through to flavored options like hazelnuts croissants, spinach and bacon quiches, and masaladas. One of the coolest things I saw were their "onigiri breads", which are shaped like a regular onigiri but obviously made of bread, with typical onigiri fillings like salmon and plum. I thought that was clever! They're open 9am until 7pm daily but closed on Tuesdays.
