Noda City Park 野田市総合公園

Civic park with great facilities

On the north side of the meandering cherry tree avenue from Shimizu Park is Noda City's municipal park. They're distinctly different in character and management. The municipal park has a large gymnasium with a martial arts dojo, a climbing wall, weight room, and various meeting spaces. The reasonable rates for rental are controlled by the city. Outside are various spaces for sports - tennis courts, an outdoor pool, a running path, and a skateboard bowl/park. A feature of the park that I like most is the garden shaded by a thicket of trees. In a hollow are a wading area for children and an iris garden. It's a lovely sloping site with lots of tall trees.
