Good place to eat at Tachikawa Lumine

Whenever I'm in Tokyo I tend to gravitate towards western food options when I dine out, since we don't have a ton of those options in the Niigata countryside. Wired Cafe is part of the Lumine Tachikawa mall, and it has a range of delicious dishes to enjoy. You'll find chicken and waffles, french toast, pasta dishes, various sides, desserts, and drinks...really, there's something for most people's tastes. I haven't seen anything specifically vegan or vegetarian on their menu though, so keep that in mind.
