Good wood fire oven pizza

Pizza BeaBea is - as the name describes - a pizza restaurant in Niigata Prefecture, not far from Tsubame-Sanjo Station. The restaurant also offer a range of pastas, but I haven’t personally tried the pasta. The pizza though I can comment on - it’s very good, wood fire oven quality. The crust is deliciously chewy, and the flavors of the simple margherita pizza shone through. They have a range of different pizza toppings available to choose from, including a four cheese variety that seemed to be pretty popular among other patrons. Don’t let the bland exterior of the store fool you (it looks more like an office building IMO than a restaurant or eatery) - the pizza here is surprisingly legit. Desserts were available too if you wanted a sweet treat to go alongside your meal.
