Tobu Yunomaru Service Area (West bound)

The Tobu Yunomaru Service Area is on the Joshin Joetsu Expressway, heading west, away from Tokyo. It's a nice service area, but its currently undergoing some work. It has a food court, restaurant, dessert shop, souvenir shop and all the usual facilities such as toilets, vending machines and smoking area. There is also a small, but nice area where you can view the mountains and Tomi City. Plenty of parking.
