Havan is a buffet-style Indian restaurant in Niigata City, and it's a fabulous spot if you're vegetarian -- or even if you just want a meat-free, veggie-filled meal. Their lunch buffet is just under 2000 yen and it's a timed window of two hours, but honestly that is plenty of time to get your fill. Tons of curry options to choose from, everything was fresh-tasting and delicious. Worth the visit!
