Worst Customer Service

I have been using this 7-11 for years with normal levels of interaction with the staff, to the point where one of them recognized me coming in with my daughter last week and noted how much she had grown. Just a week later I would have the worst customer service experience of my time in Japan in that same shop. I blogged about this at length but suffice it to say a problem with the printer forced me to ask the staff for help. The first staff member was unhelpful and laughed directly in my face before leaving me stranded there, my money still stuck in the machine. Two more staff had to be asked to help retrieve my money but couldn't be bothered to even give a sumimasen for their comrade's behavior. I will not be back this year or next.
