Niita Roasting Lab

Fab coffee not far from Tsuruga Station

Niita Roasting Lab is an excellent spot for a caffeine fix not far from Tsuruga Station, and I'd highly recommend visiting here if you're in the area thanks to the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension. They only offer takeout, so you have to grab and go, but they also sell beans/grounds if you want to get some quality brews to make at home.
