Herbal House is classified as an 'open garden', but it is more like an 'open house'! Or even a garden cafe. Except that it doesn't have a menu! If you visit Herbal house, the meal is the same for everyone - tea and a small slice of the cake of the day. It costs 1000 yen and is worth every yenny.
