Kinuimoya is a food truck located in Niigata City's Kita Ward, and it has a fairly simple lineup of offerings. Yakiimo, cheesecake, some salad-style bowls, and drinks basically completes the list, but it's the kind of stuff that hits the spot when you're in the mood for it -- especially the yakiimo when it's cold out. They've also got some dried sweet potato snacks which are really good too.
