Early-opening cafe near the glass art museum

If you're in Toyama and need to get a head start on your day with an early breakfast, Tsutaya Cafe is a great place to start. The cafe opens at 7am - significantly earlier than a lot of other cafes in Japan, in my experience - and they've got a variety of eats to choose from, like croque monsieur sandwiches and omurice. It's a fun place to people watch, too, since it overlooks an intersection.
