The Beatrix Potter Reference Library of Daito Bunka University is like a mini museum. It is located in the Saitama Children's Zoo, which costs 900 yen to get into and you have to pay an additional 200 yen to get into the reference library. You can admire it from outside for no extra charge. In 17 years of going to the children's zoo, I have paid into the reference library twice. It is a beautiful building and a lovely space. They have a large size scene display, with moving parts, from one of the Peter Rabbit stories. They also have the full collection of Peter Rabbit books.
