Mejiro Park

Useful for a public toilet

I had read a good review for this park in English on Google Maps. We were passing it on a journey to Ogose to see the plum blossoms and we decided to stop on the basis of that review and check it out. Biggest waste of time ever! This park is good for its public toilet and nothing else. There is a small, tinchy, playground that is quite old and quite rusted. Apart from that and dozens of steps there is nothing else in the park. There isn't even a parking lot. We were able to park on a side road with no houses are buildings on it, but it is not official parking. Not worth stopping here - unless you need the toilet!
