Great wood fired pizzas
Whenever I visit Tokyo from Niigata, I try to load up on western food since we don't have a ton of western options in the countryside. I tried Napule, an Italian restaurant, on a recent visit -- and I really enjoyed it. Like many restaurants in Japan, it's cheaper to visit during lunch than at dinner, and they have some reasonably priced lunch sets that make it fairly economical to dine here. 1600 yen on a weekday lunch will get you salad, pizza, and coffee -- I don't think that's bad at all for Tokyo standards! The pizza was super flavorful and I loved the wood fired flavor.
